And in case of any service crash, our server administrators will be warned immediately and they will rectify the trouble as fast as possible.

Weekly Backups

When you have a frequently visited site or a data–heavy web application, it is crucial to maintain a full back–up copies of everything. Still, setting up an auto backup system is tough. That is the reason why we offer you our Admin Services package – we pledge to maintain a complete backup copy of your Linux VPS hosting service, not just of your websites and data, but of all the custom configuration settings that you have created. Our backup scripts are run each week, saving all the changes that you’ve made during that time period.

Installation & Troubleshooting

Whilst a Virtual Private Server provides you with an almost endless number of options, you will often need to install additional software programs. And that is where our Installation & Troubleshooting solution can come in real handy. It’s an integral part of our Admin Services package, which permits you to demand any of our competent server administrators to install any software package and to fix any trouble that you’re experiencing with the VPS.

The Admin Services solution comes bundled with most of our OpenVZ Linux Virtual Private Servers. It is an add–on for our KVM Linux Virtual Private Servers.
