Catch-all Emails in Shared Web Hosting
If you host a domain name on our cloud platform and you have a shared web hosting account, you will be able to activate the catch-all feature for any email mailbox that you create under the domain name. The Email Manager section of the Hepsia Control Panel includes quite a lot of functions, but it’s amazingly easy to use, so creating a catch-all mailbox takes only a mouse click. All the email addresses that you have will be listed in this section in alphabetical order and you will just need to click the "Catch-all" button pertaining to the specific email address. Our system will warn you if there’s already another catch-all mailbox activated for that domain name or if the one that you want to be a catch-all mailbox has email forwarding activated, so you can either disable the latter feature or select another mailbox. Disabling the catch-all option is just as easy and takes yet another mouse click on the exact same button.
Catch-all Emails in Semi-dedicated Hosting
A catch-all email address can be created with a couple of mouse clicks in case you’ve got a semi-dedicated hosting service with our company. The semi-dedicated hosting account will be administered via our custom-developed Hepsia hosting Control Panel and you will be able to create mailboxes using any domain name hosted here. To enable the catch-all feature for a particular mailbox, you’ll need to click the logo with the same name, which will be on the right-hand side of each mailbox. Disabling this option can be accomplished in the same way and will not require more than one click either. In case the catch-all functionality has already been enabled for a given domain, you will receive a warning notification. The same goes if the mailbox that you want to be a catch-all one has email forwarding activated, as our system will never replace or deactivate any feature automatically.
